Looking back at my early days during my fitness journey, I have to admit that it took me quite some time to see the results I wanted. I wasted a good five years because I didn’t understand the things that move the needle when it comes to fitness, things like consuming the right foods or tracking my calories … but I don’t want anyone to go through the long process I’ve been through just because they lack the fundamental knowledge.

Your KC Rey fitness program is personalised and updated monthly as well as designed specifically for YOUR goals. You can select from training at Home or Gym, whatever you feel more comfortable with.
You can also be confident in the fact that you are performing the exercises correctly as I will provide demonstrations for each exercise. With my past experience as well as knowledge of what exercises work best for each person’s preference, I will make sure your

is allowing you to optimise your potential for each gym session.
I will let you know what rep ranges and sets to conduct each exercise in, so that you are not spending too much time in the gym but more so optimising each exercise with less volume.

I know that calculating macronutrients and calories can be very complex at times, so leave that up to me! You just trust in the process and get results by staying consistent and patient!
I provide a shopping list, so you will know exactly what to get at the supermarket as well as the convenience of having the shopping list on your Mobile device.
PERIOD TRACKER
Introducing the Period Tracker! I’ve been asked for this by many of my ladies. So you can now record when you get your period and for how long and it will automatically track and inform you of when it is due. This is really beneficial when you are measuring your progress as your weight can fluctuate during your menstrual cycle.

Balancing work & exercise: Most of my clients are hard-working moms that have a 9-5 job. But this hasn’t stopped any of them from setting aside an hour or two of their day to take care of the only thing that they own; their body.
It’s easy to get frustrated when you don’t see fast results, but if you’re serious about getting fit, strong, and losing weight, then you have to trust the process and focus on long-term results. Remember, it’s impossible to do everything right inside and outside the gym and not see results.
